Ingredient - Dough :235gm cool water1egg1 tbsp of salt15gm milk powder (any brand)65gm fine sugar75gm butter500gm high protein9gm yeast

Ingredient - Filling :1/2 can of TC BOY Sardines in Tomato Sauce 425G2 large Onion (minced)1 clove garlic (chopped)1 red chili (mince)65gm refined sugar


Instructions1.Heat the pan2. Pour the chili, onion & garlic and TC BOY Sardines in Tomato Sauce into the pan and stir for awhile.3. Put some fine sugar.4. Put aside

For dough:1. Pour all the dough ingredients into the bread maker2.When the dough is done, weigh 50gm of dough and roll the rough.3. Fill the rolled dough with the filling4. Put the bun into the oven for 30minutes at 170 degrees Celcius.5. The bun is ready to be served.
