Where do you deliver?
- We provide delivery to anywhere in Malaysia.

How long does it take for delivery?
- We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is received by us. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the precise delivery date.
2. Delivery lead time for orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follow:-.
- Peninsular Malaysia: 7-8 business working days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 8-10 business working days

3.Please keep in mind that there might be delay during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).All orders will be well packed with bubble wrap protection to ensure the product is delivered in its best condition.
How much is the delivery fee?

- As all deliveries will be made by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.

I missed the delivery, what should I do now?
- If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, customer can communicate with the courier company directly to make arrangements.
Do you provide self-collection service?
- No, we do not provide self-collection service at the moment.
Refund, Exchange and Return Policy:
- There will be no refund or order cancellation entertained whereby for example in situations: such as inter alia change of mind, you just don't like the products or you have forgotten to insert discount code.
