- 1 cup of quinoa
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of purple cabbage (chopped)
- 1/3 carrot
- 1/3 cucumber (japanese)
- 1 cup of edaname
1. Boil the edamame until it turns soft. Peel it.
2. Cook the quinoa with 1 cup of water.
