Healthy Tuna Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 Tin TC BOY Tuna Solid In Brine (drained it)
  • 1 Chicken Egg
  • 1/2 Large Onion (Sliced)
  • 1/2 Red Chili (Sliced)
  • Black pepper powder
  • Olive oil


Instructions

1. Add Tuna Solid In Brine (drained)

2. Crush the tuna and add the onion and red chilli

3. Add black pepper powder and mix well

4. Add the chicken eggs, and mix well

5. Shape into balls, and place in the freezer for 4 hours

6. Remove the ball after 4 hours

7. Fry the balls in olive oil, and ready to serve
